30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

All purchases made on DECOKEE can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund, provided the items are unboxed, unused, and in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
  • Conditions for Return:
    • Items must be in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
    • The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
    • Returns caused by consumer issues (e.g., changed mind, wrong product) require the consumer to pay shipping costs. Fees vary depending on the courier chosen.
    • For returns caused by product damage or delivery errors on our part, DECOKEE will cover the shipping fee.

     

    NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

    • Damage caused by external factors.
    • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
    • Lost or stolen products.
    • Non quality-related issues.
    • Free products or promotional items.
    • Repairs performed by third parties.
    • Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
    • Damage caused by misuse (e.g., falls, extreme temperatures, water damage, improper use).
      Note: In some cases, proof such as a video or photo may be required to process refunds or replacements.

      RETURNS PROCESS:

      To initiate a return, please contact DECOKEE’s Customer Support team at info@decokee.com. Upon confirmation, we will provide you with a return address. Please send the tracking slip number to our team so we can track and verify the return.
      Include the following information in your return request:
      • Order number/Proof of purchase.
      • Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable).
      • Complete delivery address.
      • Contact telephone number.
        Important: Submit the valid tracking number and shipping receipt within 7 days of the return approval. Failure to provide this information will void the return request. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

        REFUNDS:

        Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.). Note: Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees; only the product cost is refunded.
        For delayed or missing refunds:
        • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
        • If the refund is still missing, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@decokee.com.

           

          REISSUE (PRODUCT REPLACEMENT):

          If you experience issues with your product, contact us at info@decokee.com. Upon confirming the product failure, we will arrange a replacement or reissue of the product. Please refer to our Return Policy for the process.
          • If returning the product is not possible, we will ship a replacement to you directly. A shipping fee of $50 will apply for the reissue.

          CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT OF ORDERS:

          • If you ordered the wrong item, contact us at info@decokee.com to cancel or amend the order before it is shipped. This service is free before shipping.
          • Once the package has left our warehouse, we cannot cancel or modify the order due to our fast processing and shipping times.
