Free Shipping Policy We offer free shipping on orders over $300 to the following regions:

Please note: Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any overseas U.S. territories.

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

Prices listed on DECOKEE do not include taxes or duties. You will only be charged for the product and shipping costs at checkout.
Additional charges such as customs duties, local shipping fees, or administrative charges may apply depending on your country’s policies. These extra fees are the customer’s responsibility.

After receiving your tracking number, it may take 3-5 business days for updated tracking information to appear. Please be patient during this time.
Due to the nature of international shipping, tracking information updates may be delayed. Once the package leaves the country of origin, detailed tracking will usually only be updated once it arrives at the destination country.

If your package is lost during transit, DECOKEE will replace it free of charge. Contact our support team at info@decokee.com for assistance.
DECOKEE is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order.
For orders with multiple items, products may ship separately depending on inventory availability. They may arrive at different times.
